The main aims of this association are as follows:
- To support Socio-Religious, Charity, Media, Publication and Educational enrichment programs through audiovisual productions and external activities.
- To organize retreats, conferences, workshops, religious discourses and Tamil cultural activities for benefitting Tamils.
- To provide scholarships and sponsorships to educate the needy students.
- To provide scholarships and sponsorships for media studies, religious studies and professional skilled training programmes for Catholic priests, nuns and laity.
- To procure audiovisual equipment and software for socio-religious, media and educational productions.
- To promote Tamil culture, traditions and language among the Tamil Catholics living in diaspora.
- To sponsor the production and broadcast of audiovisual socio-religious media content.
- To promote nonprofit green initiatives.
- To support Catholic charitable programs.
- To organize fundraisers to raise funds for the benefit of Madha Media Fellowship through various activities.
